Supporting expats to establish a healthy life balance
Background
I am American, but my overseas life has taken me to the following locations:
  • Munich, Germany
  • Tokyo, Japan
  • Dhaka, Bangladesh
  • Tamarin, Mauritius
  • Beijing, China.
I am very passionate about people of all ages taking care of their mental health. I know that many expats live in places where mental health support is not easily accessible or is non-existent.  I'm hoping my blog provides quick reads full of reminders of simple ways to maintain a healthy mindset as an expat.

Qualifications
  • BS Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania
  • MS International School Counseling from Lehigh University of Pennsylvania
Aim
To provide tips for maintaining a healthy life balance to adults and teens who are living as expats. My approach is to help people move forward from where they are by implementing Cognitive Behavioral and Positive Psychology approaches.
